Resigning from attendance:
There are no refunds and it is not possible to tranfer pass to next edition. However, it is possible to transfer a pass to another person. Until 6th of November you can transfer your pass to another person. There is one rule though to keep a leader-follower ratio: a leader can only transfer a pass to another leader and a follower can transfer a pass to another follower OR to a leader.

- Until the 1st of October, transferring a pass is possible without any additional costs.
- Until the 23rd of October, a new owner of the pass needs to pay a 10 EUR fee / 40 zł to the organizer or a difference to the current ticket price - you choose which option is better for you
- Until the 6th of November, a new owner of the pass needs to pay a 15 EUR fee/ 60 zł to the organizer or a difference to the current ticket price - you choose which option is better for you
- After 6th of November, transferring a pass to another person will no longer be possible!
Rules in the Silesian Stadium
- For workshops and parties you can bring your food and drinks (excluding glass bottles and alcohol).
- There will be two free cloakrooms available: the main one where you can leave your coats, shoes and luggage and smaller ones for ladies and for men where you can change your clothes. Please check out the building's layout!
- If you arrive on Friday straight to the party, or go straight to airport from the party on Sunday it is possible to leave your suitcase in the coatroom.
Tickets
We do not send any confirmations of receiving money transfer for passes, there are no electronic tickets - the only thing you need is your ID or passport to get a wrist band at the entrance to the event.
Important information
The organisers can change the event's program or replace the artists (only due to unforeseeable circumnstances). This kind of changes do not entitle to returning a pass.
Disclaimer
In case of event cancellation due to reasons beyond the control of organizers, like COVID and governmental restrictions, and lack of possibility to change the dates and postpone the event to next year, organizers will do a refund for bought tickets, up to 2 months after the event's date. In this case, organizers will have to deduct 10% from an amount paid for bank and service fees.
The organisers of Silesian Zouk Festival do not take responsibility for the participants' belongings left at the workshop, parties venues or in the hotels.
All participants who decide to take part in the event are aware of their health conditions and take a full responsibility for their participation in the festival. The event's organisers do not take any responsibility for injuries of the participants that might occur during the Silesian Zouk Festival.
Safety
Please report any signs of aggression to security. They will result in the removal of participants from the event.
Objects are under surveillance: participants who go beyond the designated area (bounded by fences) may lose their wristband, which is synonymous with losing their ticket. To re-enter the festival, they will need to purchase a new ticket.
